While the Service operates independently, it is authorized by Brainly sp. z o.o. to use the Brainly name and logo under a community cooperation agreement. 2.2. Independent Operation: Despite the authorization, this Service is not an official Brainly product. It is a fan-initiated project designed to support the Brainly community's focus on learning and mental well-being. 2.3. No Endorsement: Brainly sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the content, operation, or maintenance of the Service.

3. Purpose of the Service

The Service is intended to provide free, accessible mini-games designed to promote cognitive development, relaxation, and critical thinking. The goal is to offer a distraction-free safe haven that complements academic study by ensuring entertainment supports, rather than detracts from, the learning process.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

4.1. Brainly Marks: The name "Brainly" and its associated logos are registered trademarks of Brainly sp. z o.o. Their use within the Service is specifically permitted under the community cooperation agreement. 4.2. Service Content: All games, graphics, and underlying code specifically created for Brainly miniGames are the property of the Service owner (nickzadane2001) or used under appropriate licensing.

5. User Conduct and Responsibility

Users agree to use the Service respectfully and legally. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Service.

• Introduce any malicious software or code.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Warranties: The Service is provided without any guarantees on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
